A Favorite Place

    One of my favorite places is Poipu Beach on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii.  I was fortunate to visit this beautiful tropical paradise twice.  The picture below is exactly the spot I spent hours.  Everything about the island tempts your senses: the smell of the tropical plumeria and hibiscus, the warm breeze on your skin, the salty taste of the sea on your lips, the sound of the ocean waves and sea birds screeching as they fly through the blue sky, the beauty of the majestic palm trees.  If I were wealthy, I would visit every year.
